Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Job Description:

This position will manage the Process, Reporting & Communications (PRC) team. The PRC team works closely with IALSE Teams developing processes and practices to assist in communications, process improvements, and reporting to customers, senior management and other support teams.

The PRC team documents and helps to implement standardized best practices, procedures and automated processes for:

  • Communications
  • Engagement management
  • Project management
  • SharePoint design and management
  • Reporting - including status reports, dashboards, charting, etc.
  • Data analytics for program and project analysis

A key component for achieving these objectives is to develop clear and concise guidelines for:

  • Communications and Reporting
  • Process Improvement
  • SharePoint management
  • Solutions and Automation development

Perform the Manager Role for a team of 6 people. Support larger org for defining commonality across the org for process, reporting and communication

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, IT systems security or technology experience that includes 2+ years direct experience in information security
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in an Information Security or IT environment
  • 5+ years of change management experience
  • 3+ years of C# experience
  • 3+ years of JavaScript development experience
  • 5 + years of SharePoint development experience
  • 5+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
  • 3+ years of VB (Visual Basic) experience
  • 3 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or information security function that has impact across multiple lines of business
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization
