Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework, that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Note: Charlotte, NC is the preferred work location but will consider other core Wells Fargo locations and telecommute

The Enterprise Information Security division has one opening within Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Platform Adoption and Integration for an information security manager 2 to manage information security analysts serving as EAM service liaisons. Service liaisons partner with liaisons within the lines of business to assess and onboard assets to enterprise standard access management tools and processes, including the Identity and Access Management Enterprise Solution (IES) and the Access Request Tool (ART). The service liaison manager will ensure existing and future key priorities are addressed successfully. This leader will work collaboratively to improve the efficiency, consistency of processes and their execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, IT systems security or technology experience that includes 2+ years direct experience in information security
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in an Information Security or IT environment
  • 5+ years of information security experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or information security function that has impact across multiple lines of business
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization
  • Workforce management experience including: directing activities of team members, performance management, career development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
  • Management experience in a technology environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) lifecycle and governance
  • Budget development and management skills
  • Ability to manage team members in multiple locations
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: in the banking/financial industry
  • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
  • Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
