Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

We are looking for a talented, reward-driven individual capable of working within a team of 4 or more experience windows engineers. This team is responsible for the design, build, and support of windows servers running security-focused applications. This position would include the following:

  • Daily support in the areas of windows security as it relates to servers in security-focused servers within EIS.
  • Management of ERIMS-Windows projects related to window servers.
  • Development of new processes and strategies to strengthen the security profile of ERIMS-Windows supported servers.

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver successful results on time.
  • Great problem solving skills.
  • A broad understanding of multiple technologies and how they work together.
  • Networking, windows, and ESX experience.
  • Ability to work within short deadlines.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security applications and systems experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows server operating systems including building, supporting and advanced troubleshooting
  • 10+ years of Windows OS administration experience
  • 2 + years of PowerShell scripting experience
  • 3+ years of virtualization technologies experience
  • 5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical hardware: repair, troubleshooting, and analysis
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (applications to infrastructure)
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: troubleshooting highly complex tiered environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of lifecycle management, including implementation, maintenance, patching, health checks, capacity planning, and decommissioning
  • Microsoft Windows System Administration Certification



Other Desired Qualifications
  • CompTIA Security+, GIAC GSEC Certification, or other similarly situated industry recognized security certification.


Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
