EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to perform security analysis of cryptographic controls, solutions, and policies for identified non-compliance issues. This position will report to the Crypto Compliance manager and be part of the Secure Communications team within Cryptographic Services. The position provides coordination and internal Wells Fargo engagement to assist in resolving Cryptographic non-compliance, with a focus on implementation of the proper control solution. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with others to identify and determine policy and standard deviation, while providing direction and guidance for remediation.

Info Security Analyst role will participate in the evaluation, development, and implementation of security standards, procedures, and guideline. Provide security consulting and project management services on complex issues related to crypto non-compliance. Assist customers in identifying security risks to their applications and implementing appropriate data security procedures and products. Maintain an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of information security administration experience
  • 7+ years of information technology experience
  • 7+ years of process definition and documentation experience
  • 2+ years of experience with encryption technologies

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Risk management experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of cryptography and key management
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • 1+ year of leadership experience

  • Team lead of Crypto Compliance team
  • Facilitating the relationships between the technology organization and various lines of businesses
  • Understands and recommends solutions in order to meet policy requirements
  • Coordinate and project manage crypto non-compliance initiatives
  • Influences and recommends technology solutions to meet enterprise needs
  • Monitors projects to ensure timely delivery and partner satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and direction to lower level resources in conjunction with policy non-compliance, and solution stakeholders

Job Expectations

  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours
  • Ability to work on call as assigned
