Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

The Enterprise Information Services division has an opening within the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) for an information security analyst 4 supporting application platform adoption and integration activities

The service liaison supports and guides application teams and partners in Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) in planning, qualifying and scheduling of sun rising applications that must migrate to EAM standard tools and processes. Interfaces with a variety of technical and business stakeholders.

Key Functions

  • Consult with stakeholders regarding onboarding requirements and options, based on review of the existing or planned security model
  • Make preliminary determination of best fit for applications
  • Advise on scheduling of asset onboarding based on qualification outcome
  • Apply subject matter expertise and experience with onboarding methodologies to inform and influence onboarding planning
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation
  • Coordinate with resources within EIT and EAM to respond to questions and preempt or resolve issues
  • Adhere to processes and related documentation of business controls

Note: This position may sit at any core Wells Fargo location or telecommute.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of information security administration experience

  • Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
  • Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Financial services experience
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large scale individual projects
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of application security models and associated access management options
  • Understanding of Wells Fargo software development lifecycle
  • Experience with processes to schedule and onboard applications to access management tools
  • Knowledge of external models like authentication and certification.
  • Understanding of provisioning processes.
  • Experience with Oracles IES / OIG technology or similar enterprise level IAM tools.
  • Experience as a central point of contact for a for an organization
  • Working knowledge of security issues, risks, policies and processes
  • Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer, line of business and enterprise needs
  • Experience working with internal/external audit (SOX, GLBA)
  • Ability to initiate action, manage change, make high impact decisions, manage risk, navigate change and accept challenging assignments.
  • Proven experience in executing improvements to service
