Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking to for an Incident Manager to add to our team as we continue to grow our Client base.

The candidate must be able manage all aspects of the Incident Management process, procedures and client expectations. Accountable for the overall quality of the process and oversees the management and compliance of those processes. The candidate would facilitate team lead weekly status meetings, team trainings, and client meetings. Candidate would be responsible for reporting statistics against KPI's and communicate recommendations and actions based on service needs. This role requires experience with PM methodologies


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical and functional life cycle of Incidents and provide direction to the team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all the stakeholders (business analyst, functional leads, testing team, client counterparts, etc).
  • Manage and report incident metrics to ensure IT services are attaining their established service level objectives as well as the agreements
  • Understand the business priorities and can plan/prioritize the work based on those priorities
  • Communicate the progress/risks to the client and delivery team.
*Must be eligible to work in Canada and
*Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Reliability security clearance




Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Performed incident management or project management for 3 years
  • At least 2 years of IT experience
  • Should have at least some experience with PeopleSoft
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior and executive management levels
  • Preferred working experience in the Public Sector



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • At least 2 years experience in IT services preferably People Soft
