The Core Services Technology team is looking for an experienced Business Initiatives Manager to drive our Customer Due Diligence platform into the next generation. We are looking for an manager that understands the importance of a solid business process that is the foundation of a solid technology platform. This is a matrix management role and your ability to build releationships with business partners, development team and our technology partners will be the key to your success.

Provides strategy, direction and leadership to ensure successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of highly complex and strategic initiatives impacting multiple lines of business which typically have enterprise-wide impact and substantial cost or which result in significant and long-range changes to team members, managers or lines of business. Establishes protocol and standards for implementation planning and processes across all lines of business. Typically participates in corporate wide standardization efforts. Establishes strategic implementation plans with project managers and executive sponsors that coordinate change activities, creatively solve problems and monitor sustained change to internal team members. Manages both direct and matrix resources whose functions include: development of plans, process impact and redesign, change management, communication, training, delivery, implementation financials and monitoring of performance of implemented solutions and continuously improve implementation capability. Interacts frequently with executive
management demonstrating influence and negotiation.

This position requires the ability to plan and execute a variety of programs, projects, initiatives, and services that are significant in scope, complexity and risk. Provides leadership in management of relationship and integration/ implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business and technical partners recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies and adjusting as necessary. Works with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and assure alignment with technology strategy/policy and strategic objectives. Develops metrics and tracks performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures programs/plans adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. May manage a team to accomplish the work.
Job responsibilities include:

Oversee the technology roadmap for the Cornerstone application, including business initiative intake, coordination with Technical Release Manager, Technical Project Management and Product Management. Coordinate all technical communication and escalation. Participate in design, development and implementation of large and complex application, ensuring the appropriate documentation is produced and work is aligned among the team. Develop strong relationship with business partners. Represent technology with business partners. Ensures effective and beneficial relationships with vendors and internal business and technical partners. Develop professional communication Develop and produce ongoing program/project metrics, including delivery of: application development, data solutions, reporting, etc.Required Qualifications

10+ years of implementation experience, business process experience, or a combination of both8+ years of management experience8 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management3 + years of project management experience working on application development projects

2+ years of compliance and regulatory systems experienceKnowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leadersExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of creation of basic charts and workflows using VisioAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint skillsAbility to create dynamic client-ready investment related PowerPoint presentations including: charts and graphs1+ year of BSA/AML experience

Other Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal and oral presentation skills Excellent diplomacy. Experience in AML/KYC technologies and Financial Crimes Risk Management and technologies, including customer due diligence, sanctions scanning, transaction and product monitoring and regulatory requirements such as Dodd/Frank, FATCA, etc Proven understanding of infrastructure and experience with TOG on deliveryJob Expectations

Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduledAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
