Your Role and Responsibilities


As a Software Sales Specialist in DBG, you will be required to:
  • Develop and maintain sales leads that contributes to the revenue growth objectives

  • Efficiently capture client responses through our marketing, sales and web initiatives

  • Handle and manage the responses by nurturing them into validated leads

  • Tighten linkages to sales organizations for opportunity passing acceptance and sales closure


Required Skills

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Experience in Sales (ideally in technology, and lead generation)

  • Technical expertise (ideally in IBM products and services)

  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Can demonstrate a track record of achieving and/or exceeding against ones targets/KPIs
  • Commercially and technically astute
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and the business drivers
  • Ability to articulate IBMs value proposition, and the value of solutions to clients
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Adaptability and teaming with the wider IBM ecosystem
