As an IBM Salesforce Specialist / Analyst, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

The Salesforce Specialist/Analyst will be a key contributor on a dynamic team within IBM Support that develops for external and internal clients on the IBM Salesforce system with the goal of ensuring our clients success.

What youll do:

Support clients and internal users on Salesforce Service Cloud
Troubleshoot and fix client reported issues
Document issue progress and resolution
Communicate with clients via email/cases to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Update our Knowledge Base with key information
Interface with product development teams while working in a newly renovated Agile space in IBM Austin

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experienced in troubleshooting technical issues
    Experienced supporting end users with technical issues
    Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment
    Work independently and within a team setting
    Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Self-motivated and self-managed with a demonstrated analytical ability and curiosity
    Fluent in English
    Live in or willing to move to Austin, TX to work collaboratively in the office
    High school diploma or GED; Bachelors degree preferred

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Familiarity with the IBM Support Process
    Preferred: Technical support experience
    Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
