Position Overview:


Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:



  • Setting up meetings and coordinating for various intake requests that are submitted to engage IAM team
  • Capture requirements for various intake requests by meeting with the application teams on IAM intakes
  • Document the requirements, prepare design documents (by working closely with the technical engineers),prepare test cases and execute the end to end test cases for the various IAM inflight projects
  • Work with technical team to create system test cases and perform system testing
  • Prepare status reports on the various IAM intakes
  • Identifies, confirms, and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams.
  • Ensures business partners clearly understand scope and roles and responsibilities of programs.
  • Works with IAM Operations, IT, and applications teams to define needs and requirements for IAM projects
  • Identify, document, and implement process improvements and streamline systems access request during new hire, transfer, and termination processes including, but not limited to automation of provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Support new application and system onboarding to IAM platform to ensure appropriate access management implementation and identify automation and simplification opportunities.
  • Publish periodic program metrics covering overall identity management priority initiatives, associated milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Creates and builds program plans. Facilitates and drives the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope.
  • Determines the cost and budget; performs resource forecasting.
  • Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Identifies and manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with Enterprise Program Management and Program Managers to ensure appropriate priorities.


Skills Overview:


What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?



  • 2-4 years' experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience in process definition, workflow design and process mapping
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of deliverables and technical content
  • Motivation to learn and seek guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Experience within large retail environments
  • Proactive and dynamic - able to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Must be able to run meetings
  • Comfortable presenting and explaining review processes to a variety of people
