Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will have the ability to:
Sale dedicated Hybrid Cloud software solutions to selected IBM clients
Transform customer business issues into Emphasize unique IBM s/w capabilities that will meet customer needs
Work successfully in a matrix environment with IBM client teams and business partners
You will be comfortable in both technical dialogue with customers and prospects (understanding the customers IT infrastructure and the customers technical objectives) as well as a business dialogue with C-Level decision makers
Be able to manage and progress pipeline to achieve sales objectives
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Perform huge number of simultaneous operational / administrative activities (multitasking)
Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines




Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must have 5+ years of software sales experience in the IT industry and show a solid track record of quota attainment against goals
Strong communication and excellent presentation skills with the ability to position IBM solutions value to C-level execs both business and technical
Experience in selling Open Source and Hybrid Cloud Technologies is a huge plus
Strong leadership skills
Must be motivated, a self starter and have the ability to network across a broad team
Russian: fluent
English: advanced +
