About Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions
We are hiring for a position in EGS Delivery in India. EGS stands for Wells Fargos Enterprise Global Services. We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment. Legally, we are known as Wells Fargo (EGS) India Solutions . Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations ( Chennai ,Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila.

Role Objective: To provide professional and effective administrative support to the Learning and Development team at the site. The primary purpose of this role is to execute day-to-day operations of the learning and development function.
  • To arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for learning and development events in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • To produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed learning measures.
  • Ensure training programs start smoothly on scheduled time, with all required logistic support
  • To maintain the learning and development calendar, monitoring responses, and updating records in compliance with Team member learning and development hand book
  • To liaison with multiple stake holders and ensure Purchase orders are released and payments made as per the WFIS guidelines
  • To provide timely and ongoing support to Learning Partners & Learning Head with logistics, learning center administration and learning metrics like reach, learning days and spend against budgets
  • Provide support to Learning partners for organizing learning programs
  • To prepare Learning Calendar as directed by Learning Partner and publish in sync with other partners and Coordinators
  • To collate nominations and ensure infrastructure availability for trainings . Also responsible for sending invites as per the agreed SLAs
  • To monitor timely start of learning programs across all locations, track attendance, seek feedback and conduct evaluation/assessments(if needed).
  • To gather learning data on a timely basis, collate and analyze data in sync with Operations Excellence Team and report on a monthly basis or as requested either by Partners or Leadership Team
  • Secondary (what s/he does 20% of the time)
  • Will be a back up for running and maintaining all the resources and infrastructure under L&D control including Learning Rooms
