The role will be responsible for managing a number of HR transactional activities and providing HR advice and support to leaders and team members in their People agenda. The role will contribute to continually improving the value of HRs contribution to the business.

1. Partner with Business Unit leaders on growth related workforce planning, structure & span, Career Planning & Development, Capability building and succession planning

2. Responsible for design & Facilitation of engagement framework leading into an engaged workforce

3. Partners with HR CoEs to ensure adherence to the company's policies, procedures and Vision and Values

4. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and team member experience

5. Be an advisor/consultant to Managers in a business unit

6. Build and manage stakeholder relationships and delivery of services with a high focus on quality

7. Drive efficient performance management across LOBs assigned

8. HR Analytics & process improvements within the function

9. Drive key initiatives and participate in the formulation of policies of the HR team within and outside the HR area
