job summary:

Responsible for supporting our TAOS team. Act as an HR point-of-contact for all potential Candidates.

  • Provides quality support services of with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes responding to candidate request and inquiries, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution.
  • Works with moderate supervision/guidance.
  • Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
  • Administer the recruiting process with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employment law, Company policy, and business impact.
  • Reviewing, creating, and delivering offer letters and various employment .
  • Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system.
  • Supports service center staff relative to phone traffic as needed.
