Your Role and Responsibilities

HR Partner with solid experience in Employee Relations / Labor Relations.

For our Human Resources Department, placed in Brndby, we are looking for a HR Partner who will also be responsible for our Employee/Labor relations activities. You have solid experience in employee relations and labor relations. You know the legislation, the interaction between employee and employer and have a solution-oriented behavior. Fluency in Danish is required for this role.

You will become a member of a great team of HR professionals, each working across different business units, levels of experience and different interest. This comes with a high degree of knowledge sharing, thereby ensuring continual improvement in each other and the team, but all with a common passion for adding value to the business.

The main responsibilities and tasks:

As the HRPartner for a BU, support leaders and manager on HR related topics

Work with your HRPartner colleagues on HR initiatives and programmes

Be pro-active in approaching the client (the business) on relevant topics to suggest HR-steps/solutions which will have an impact on the overall business results

Support, coach and advice our leaders in responsibilities to attract, motivate, and retain the best talents

Provide advice and counsel to leaders and HR on labor law, collective agreements and terms of employment in IBM Denmark.

Participate in local meetings with Union representatives and be managements focal point for Union reps in Denmark

Lead negotiations and dispute handling.

Ensure the respect of law regarding Labor relations.

Set up/develop the appropriate ER/LR processes.

Lead and develop training to managers and HR in your area of expertise.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

Key skills/qualifications

Experience from working with labor law, collective agreements and terms of employment experience from international environment/organization, building effective relationships, deliver business focused solutions, proactive agent of change, project management, facilitation and negotiation. You either are or have the wish to become an HR Partner and strive from working in a multi country region, in a complex organization, where being personal and taking genuine interest are key parameters for success.
