The Business Systems Consultant will be responsible for supporting the International Benefits organisation by planning, conducting the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. The role will lead the developing of business requirements and the design and execution of testing activities. Reporting into the International Benefits Operations Manager, the role will work in close collaboration with the Benefits team across international locations, the external third party benefits provider, HR colleagues and other key stakeholders and delivery partners.

The BSC provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. The role will also work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. The BSC will prepare specifications for system changes and recommends and initiates systems testing. The role will act as an internal consultant across HR and technology groups by critically analysing and suggesting process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
