We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst 4 HR Apps Specialist to join the Platform Availability Maintenance and Support, within Enterprise Functions Technology, to support a variety of Human Resources system applications that are used by Wells Fargo's 280,000 Team Members, 84 lines of business, and over 1 million external job seekers.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide support and troubleshooting for highly complex technical issues for various HR Systems applications, including the support of Payroll, HR, Online Recruiting, Staff Management, Learning center, Time Tracker, Workforce Analytics, by working with the team members technical partners to effectively troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and identify support issues and root cause. Act as a liaison between business and technical resources to effectively provide application support. Uses diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems. Research job abends utilizing various tools to resolve batch issues. Identify gaps in current technology process and recommends changes to assure SLAs can be supported. Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate resolution with users, app teams, and internal service groups. Assess changes for risk to production systems and assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas. Utilize end user metrics and ticketing system data to analyze trends and advocate for change to improve high impact business processes. Build a network with various technology teams for two-way communication. Act as a technical analyst between business and technical resources to translate highly technical scenario into business terminology and business terminology and process to the technology team. Identify technical support gaps in the current technology process and recommend changes and usability to assure SLAs can be supported. Provide guidance to less experienced analysts. Lead/facilitate high severity application production issues through resolution. Responsible for accurate and timely communication of production issues. Available for on call rotation/call queue.Required Qualifications

5+ years of systems support analysis experience2+ years of process design or improvement experience1+ year of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools3+ years of application production support experience4+ years of technical troubleshooting experience

A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technologyExperience working in a large enterprise environmentAbility to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are metExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExposure to Wells Fargo PAC2000 -WF's ticketing system based on Remedy applicationKnowledge and understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) ProgrammingKnowledge and understanding of InformaticaKnowledge and understanding of report creation: ad hoc reports in an operational environment1+ year of Mainframe experience

Other Desired Qualifications 2+ years of experience with leading/facilitating high severity application production issues. Experience with SQL scripting includling knowledge of relational databases. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or knowledge of Human Resource data and terminology. Experience with PC/LAN related hardware, software, operating systems and network problems.
