Our client, a global provider of investment management services, has an immediate need for a Helpdesk Technician on a contract basis.

Job Description:

-Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.

-Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

-Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

-Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

-Requires at least 1 year of experience.

Required Skills:

- Excellent Communication skills

- Able to work well on a team

Desired Skills :

- Takes initiative

- Strong customer service skills

- Willing to listen and learn
