Seeking a motivated, tech savvy individuals to join this company's Helpdesk team near Akron, OH.

Job Description:

The Helpdesk Support Analyst provides telephone, hardware, software, how-to support and customer service. The position's focus is on technical phone support for our Store, Corporate, and Warehouse users.

Skills Needed:

  • 1 to 3 years' experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service environment.
  • Effective telephone skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of standard PC Hardware / Software / Operating Systems used by Arhaus.

    • Windows
    • MS-Office
    • Citrix

  • Fundamental understanding of networking and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to make sound decision based on logical reasoning.
  • Commitment to team concept.
  • Effective problem determination skills.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced & high volume environment.
  • Needs to be a self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently.
