2. FIM Admin



  • Create Email Accounts in FIM
  • Change, Unlock, and Update Passwords in FIM
  • Give Users Their O365 License
  • Create Resource Accounts
  • Add and Remove user from Email Groups
  • Name Change Request
  • Job Title or Location Change Request


3. Remedy Admin



  • Purchase and Lease Equipment
  • Create SOG Accounts
  • Create VPN's
  • OnBoard and Offboard Users
  • Reprovision SOG's
  • Get Quotes on certain Items
  • Request For Service
  • Request Shared Drive Access
  • Request AT&T Service
  • Request OnePath Service


4. BeachHead Admin



  • Restore Computer Certificates
  • Activate Inactive Computers
  • Unlock Computers Using the BITLOCKER Code
  • Manage Computers that are on the SOG Network


5.Telecom



  • Ga Voicemail
  • Reset Voicemail
  • Request AT&T Make Phone Line Active
  • Order Desktop Phone


6. CellPhone Provider



  • Order Verizon Cellphones
  • Order Services Such as HotSpot to go on Phone
  • Order MiFi's
  • Order AT&T Cellphones and Products
  • Activate and Deactivate Cellphone and Mobile HotSpots
  • Set Phones up so Users can use them for Work Purposes


7. Troubleshoot any and all problems with O365
