We have a contract opportunity for a Helpdesk Technician in the greater Sacramento area. The initial term of this contract is through December 31, 2017.


Job Description:


This is a helpdesk role in a technical call center environment. The helpdesk is 24/7/365 so candidates must be open to working any shift.


Requirements:



  • Team Player
  • Must have strong phone support skills
  • Can work any shift/any time/any day, MUST be flexible to work day, swing and grave shifts
  • Dependable
  • HealthCare back ground would be a plus but not required
  • Customer Service focus
  • Leadership experience
  • MS Certificates strongly preferred
  • Thinks outside the box, forward thinker with problem solving skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Communication focused
  • Work at medium to large Service Desk preferable
