Provides phone support to the clients on Time and Attendance software. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical issues with Website, mobile app and/or time clocks. Responds to telephone calls, & email for technical support and customer service.. Documents, tracks and monitors clients to ensure a timely implementation of new client program.


Required skills: Organization, Time Management, Excellent Communications skills, Basic networking, client focus.


May require an associate's degree in a related area 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
