Provides first contact technical support for hardware, procedures, password resets, etc. via the telephone, email and/or the internet/intranet.



  • Experience with MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with Mobile applications
  • Need to make sure they are familiar with VPN/ remote connections ( at least understand or grasp it)
  • Responsible for diagnosing and documenting customer's technical and "How To" problems and resolving or escalating or assigning problems to the appropriate area.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, preferably in a help desk environment. Basic computer skills must include knowledge of PC hardware/software.
  • Working experience with the following is preferred: Windows XP, Win95, WinNT, OS/2, LANs, MS Office(Outlook very important), Internet(Explorer).
  • Hardware and Software troubleshooting business applications and proprietary systems, MS office Suite
