Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a talented Governance & Compliance Analyst to join a well-known client of ours within a location in the Pasadena area.

This analyst conducts regulatory examinations and internal audits across the organization. Conducts periodic compliance reviews of departments, ensuring that procedures and guidelines are met. Prepares documentation of internal procedures utilizing state and federal rules, regulations, statutes and other third-party compliance resources. Prepares compliance manuals and programs. Develops compliance training modules and training of compliance team members. Performs due diligence visits and risk assessments. Usually deals with non-routine tasks and confidential information. Interacts with all levels of management to support on-going organizational compliance. Experience Level: BA or BS required plus minimum 6+ years of direct relevant experience.


  • Review & Update Program Governance Material
  • Work with Technical Team to obtain updates
  • Weekly - Review with Program Leadership of Governance Material
  • Prepare meeting materials for Executives (VP Level & Board of Directors)

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6 years relevant work experience.
  • Work with Excel, Powerpoint, Excel Pivot & Macros
  • Communications - Translate technical summary to executive terms
  • Understand Program Accounting Terms (Capital vs Operating)

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
