ADP, a company listed on Nasdaq, 12,000 customers in France, world leader and specialist inpayroll services and outsourced management of HR processes, search for managers ofpays, and you offer to join a Customer Service team to leverage yourpays / declarative skills.You will be responsible for producing monthly pay in compliance with thesocial legislation of one or more accounts, or of a perimeter of a large account. Youwill have to ensure the quality of our services and control in respect of the processesClient / ADP defined contractually.Your main missions will be Be responsible for the production of payroll, Perform consistency checks on customer input. Controlling pay in compliance with ADP procedures (pay planning, method ofcontrol...). Know and apply the payroll control processes in compliance with SOX proceduresup to date with the latest developments. Know and apply French payroll legislation and the collective agreements of itsclients. Know how to take into account company agreements in payroll checks. Establish administrative documents within the scope of the ADP contract (various certificates, investigationACEMO, DMO, APE EDI). Know and use the payroll schedule. Have a "gardener" agenda detailing allexceptional treatments. Apply the deadlines of this planning and agenda. Participate in the transfer of files (transmission of knowledge of the file) both upstream (Implementation) and downstream (other payroll manager). Know the screens (entries, history), the different GAP functionalities and the pay engine. Know how to use BO queries. Analyzes optimizations of regulatory payroll for clients. Optimizing the control bulletin messages in relation to certification

FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS:Knowledge (knowledge): Perfect command of French, both oral and written, Human Resources, Accountant, finance and / or IT training, Bac + 3 levelminimums, Mastery of Windows office tools, Ability to manage large numbers of data and integrate into a team,Know-how (tools):Standards Standard office tools: Word, Excel (mastery of calculation formulas)Know-how (behaviors): Have a constructive critical spirit of the existing (Process & organization ...)
