German - Account Growth Specialist RFS Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated, skilled individuals, who are passionate about selling, client interaction, challenging the status quo and identify new business opportunities to grow an existing client portfolio. As part of this role you will work with the Client Partner Executive and the Request For Service (RFS) Program Director.
You will work with the client to understand issues and requirements and respond to RFS's to help grow the business in an account with a presence in DACH, working from our Digital Sales Center in Dublin.

Responsibilities: Shape and drive an appropriate RFS growth plan for your client with the client account team
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities to drive sales
Manage all RFS requests from the client end to end (Full sales cycle)
Ensure positive client satisfaction and relationship is maintained
Participate in account planning and strategy for the clients working with the account team
Reach out to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Experience in sales
Be able to manage client expectations and relationships
Have financial acumen
Ability to set direction and work effectively in cross functional teams to reach goals
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and a strong focus on client happiness.
Consistent track record of 2-5 years B2B sales experience preferred
Have native or near native level of German as well as an extensive cultural awareness of Germany, Austria or Switzerland
In addition to German, the common language in use in IBM is English so Business English is a core requirement.
