We are looking for : A Functional Consultant DGE H / F 

In DECIDIUM GE Customer Service, you perform the Daily Customer Service function as part of our PROCESSING service commitment: 

  • you receive requests from your team's customers (Symphony, CMC Telephony System) and assist them in the day-to-day operation of their ADP IS (Payroll, GTA, Collaborative Administrative Processes, Requestor)
  • you receive requests from customers concerning important needs of evolution of their information system ADP (integration of company, recasting of agreement, change of CCN ...), assist them in the expression of their need, recommend them demand-side processing options capitalizing on the value proposition of the ADP DGE modeled offer.
  • For any customer needs, you can evaluate the best way to answer them (practical customer, deliverable / existing tool, modification). For an intervention in the ADP information system, in terms of settings Payroll, GTA, Workstation, Queryer, you guarantee the conformity of the request expressed by the customer in terms of completeness and solicit, the dedicated centers of expertise.
  • You capitalize on the experiences encountered through the Wiki On all of these missions, you embody, within the service model DECIDIUM GE: - The point of relational service with our customers
  • The bearer of a general view of the information system (assisting the customer in a global way on the tool and "framing" it methodologically in cooperation with ADP)
  • The structuring entry point of customer requests for effective (quality, responsiveness) supported
  •  The ADP Referent for the affected files (RMS animation and tracking point), to pilot and enhance the service.

Key player for the good commitment of the entire service organization around our customers 


Required knowledge: 

  • Mastery of payroll calculations 
  • Knowledge of the Decidium model 
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and social security 

Skills required: 

  • Know how to work in a team, while driving the files for which you are referring 
  • Transverse mastery of ADP IS 
  • Ability to integrate changes and their impacts 
  • Know how to manage your time and emergencies 
  • To be able to communicate orally and in writing 
  • Know how to analyze and reformulate a request
