About Wells Fargo EGS (India) Private Limited
We are hiring for a position in Wells Fargo EGS (India) Private Limited.We are a critical component of the Wells Fargo strategy to leverage distinct advantages of a global environment.
Currently we are 12000+ strong team members with 3 locations (Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad) in India and 1 center in Manila.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Overall 5+ years of experience in Financial crimes while 1+ year in people management.
The financial Crimes Supervisor will supervise min of 5 Financial Crimes Analyst team and will also participate in the testing, monitoring and quality assurance of work performed by Wholesale Businesses and by WFCRC supporting risk roles. Task include, but not limited to:
  • The financial Crimes Supervisor will supervise the Financial Crimes Analyst team and will also participate in the testing, monitoring and quality assurance of work performed by Wholesale Businesses and by WFCRC supporting risk roles.
  • Manage work assignment for Financial Crimes Analyst
  • Provide status updates to Management
  • Perform review activities related to CDD and other Financial Crimes activities
  • Perform review activities that will provide reasonable assurance that controls are designed and operating effectively
  • Ensure all review results are stored in standard formats
  • Raise issues to management to ensure Corrective Actions can be created- Raise issues to management to ensure Corrective Actions can be created
  • To analyze and interpret complex data and create Management reports as required
  • Effectively communicate with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Delegates tasks appropriately to the relevant team member
  • Interface with India and stateside managers on production, quality and security guidelines
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Support in process expansion, staffing and new hire training.
  • Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
  • Coaching and mentoring the team members. Identifying the learning opportunities.
Minimum Requirement
  • Familiarity with and working knowledge of BSA/AML programs including all aspects of CDD and other related risk and regulatory disciplines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management and functional groups.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
  • Sound analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
