Project Managers are responsible and accountable for shepherding projects through the Client Project Lifecycle. They provide enterprise management for all project related activities and are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a project in accordance with the TDA Project Life Cycle.

Enterprise Project Manager II's provide Project Management for medium/large projects or other projects as assigned. Medium projects are defined as effort requiring 1,000 to 4,000 hours of effort from technology resources and/or expend $25 to 250K capital spend. Large projects or programs are defined as efforts requiring greater than 4,000 hours of effort from technology resources and/or expend greater than $250K capital spend.

Enterprise Project Managers II may also be assigned to programs having some cross work stream dependencies and complexities. Projects are defined as temporary endeavors undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result. Programs are defined as a group of related projects managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually.


- Interface with Workstream/Sub-Workstream Leads, Subject Matter Experts and Cross-functional Workstream Leads to understand their requirements and/or dependencies on technology.

- A collaborative team environment that is trusting and safe where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving

- Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency

- Provide expertise to support the project team in the following areas:

o Scheduling, attending and running all project meetings

o Project Timeline planning and management

o Issue resolution and escalation

o Knowledge Management

o Vendor Management

o Risk Management

o Resource Management

o Deliverable Management

o Scope & Charter Management

o Running projects in Agile (SCRUM, Kanban style)

o Communications & status reporting

o Identify, track, and resolve/escalate project impediments, risk, issues, actions and/or decisions.


- Minimum of 4 years Project Management experience

- Minimum of 7-10 years total work experience

- Experience with managing projects associated with building out new Corporate Real Estate space as well as building out a Contact Center or Call Center (e.g. Call Routing, Network and Facilities infrastructure, End user hardware, etc.) for a large number of Associates. Experience with project management pertaining to Mergers & Acquisitions and the complexities surrounding activities associated with migrating associates from one company to another.

- Ability to act as a faceoff to Business Partners with minimal oversight

- Ability to handle multiple large project assignments simultaneously

- Actively and Proactively participates in collaboration sessions with other thought leaders, key personnel and stakeholders within project settings

- Ability to think creatively and have flexibility

- Extraordinary Problem Solving Capabilities and Conflict Resolution Capabilities

- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across organization

- Ability to handle multiple priorities

- Experience in facilitating large group meetings

- Experience in presenting to senior management

- Competent in the technical arena and understanding of system development, process improvement, and/or infrastructure

- Hands on working knowledge and experience in documenting Needs Assessment, User Stories, Epics, Business and Systems Requirements Analysis documents

- Experience in planning for and effectively managing project and program risks

- Experience in conducting ROI analysis for potential and existing Projects

- Experience in contract negotiation and management

- Familiarity in running projects in SDLC, PLC, Lean, Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies

- Respectfully challenge the norm and demonstrated ability to improve the process and efficiency of the team

- Exhibits behaviors indicating a focus on goals, overcoming obstacles with the ability to exhibit respect and promoting teamwork

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members, both on an individual and team level, with regards to achievement of project or program goals and objectives

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Project, Jira, Clarity and related Agile / Project Management Tools

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- CSM certified preferred (Agile Scrum Master Certification)

- High school diploma or equivalent; 4 year college degree preferred

- Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
