Wells Fargo Securities is in the midst of a large scale implementation to create a next generation Electronic Trading platform. It is building out this platform and consolidating existing trading applications with the goal of utilizing a strategic data services backbone that can support all asset classes reference data needs as well as store and organize trading data for post trade analysis and reporting.

The program is in need of business analyst that can successfully accomplish the following:

  1. Partner with senior leaders across Electronic Trading, Data Services, Pricing, Risk and other teams to design and develop the strategic data services framework that will provide for the data needs of Electronic trading systems in a robust way while centralizing the storage of common data elements needed across the systems.

Help design, implement and oversee Strategic Reference Data initiatives for the Wells Fargo Electronic Trading Platforms and associated systems (Pricing, Risk, Middle/Back office). Coordinate the Business Analysis, Development and Quality Assurance resources allocated for the initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of capital markets experience
  • 5+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
  • 1 + years of experience supporting electronic trading (etrading) platforms
  • 5 + years of experience with Agile tools
  • 5+ years of project management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • SQL experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of project coordination: client interface, data management, reporting, review, and analysis
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in engineering
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business related field

  • 10 years of relevant experience, working with business, operations, and technology teams
