Under minimal supervision of a manager or director and according to established policy and procedures, the ERP Analyst II demonstrates an understanding of system/software design, build, test, support and performs complex system analysis, design, integration, testing, implementation, maintenance and planning of assigned applications and/or projects. Directly interacts with assigned department managers and staff to provide automation services in support of department's strategic and operational objectives. Plans, coordinates, develops and provides appropriate training for managers and users. Ensures development of training materials, production of continuity workbooks, documentation of standard operating procedures and user checklists. Serves as a point of contact and liaison with user community and vendor. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of company. Participates in department and hospital task forces, focus groups and/or committees as assigned by their supervisor to meet the group objectives. The ERP Analyst II is accountable for developing and sharing knowledge with other members of IT and operations. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of company.

The ERP Analyst II provides project experience, technical development and system design skills. Responsible for designing and creating technical specifications from functional specifications for development projects. Analyzes the impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the system. Programs solutions using the PeopleTools suite. Provides production support by analyzing, designing, programming and testing solutions to complex production problems. Develops test scenarios and test cases. Corrects data in critical situations. Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.x accounting applications including knowledge of Accounts Payable, Payroll Accounting, General Ledger, Chart Fields, etc. Knowledge of HCM suite is a plus.

Knowledge of integration between FSCM and HCM modules and ability to liaise between FSCM team and HCM team to bridge communications and expectations regarding shared values within tables for cohesion and functionality. Contributes to the process of writing, editing and reviewing Functional and Technical Specifications.


High School or GED required.

Six (6) years of experience in information systems development, implementation, change management efforts or application process redesign in PeopleSoft FSCM Application Suites.

MS Office Including advanced Excel, Access, and SharePoint, SQL, Excel-to-CI knowledge preferred.

Six (6) years of technical development experience with PeopleSoft ERP including recent experience with PeopleSoft 9.x or higher

Two (2) years of experience using ORACLE and SQL commands.

Experience with design and process documentation.

Experience with all phases of testing IT applications

Experience providing PeopleSoft FSCM subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer related field.

In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree: An additional four (4) years of relevant PeopleSoft technical experience can be substituted.

Eight (8) years of experience developing, prototyping, testing solutions for information systems implementation

Effective communicational skills to interact with different clients.
