The Enterprise SDLC Policy & Process group within the Enterprise Application Portfolio Management organization is responsible for providing a common and consistent framework for systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and application lifecycle management (ALM) disciplines in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness and standards adherence across the Wells Fargo enterprise.

The SDLC Support Team provides the 1st level support to the enterprise related to SDLC and ALM corporate standards, processes, tools as well as other SDLC and ALM areas of responsibilities. The team lead will play an integral role in the teams ability to achieve its objectives. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the day to day activities for the team
  • Managing work assignments, workload balancing and capacity monitoring
  • Performing quality assurance monitoring of team members work
  • Serving as the Support team subject matter expert / escalation point
  • Partnering with and providing support to the application community and other stakeholders and partners in adhering to SDLC and ALM standards and providing direction related to following SDLC and ALM processes
  • Collaborating with Center of Excellences, Community of Practices, and other partner areas that focus and support growth and improvement in disciplines and methodologies that interact with ALM and SDLC (Project Management, Enterprise Quality Engineering, Agile COE, etc.)
  • Performing metric and status reporting
  • Identifying and implementing process and/or continuous workflow improvements to increase the teams efficiency and effectiveness

The ideal candidate will possess an in depth knowledge of SDLC and ALM principles and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. This self-directed, motivated and creative professional will possess strong leadership and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong aptitude for balancing multiple priorities and providing leadership in a changing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 6+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 3+ years of technical service help desk experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
