This position is for a Business Process Consultant in Financial Crimes Data Services (FCDS). This candidate will be a key point of contact for Financial Crimes Data Services and will help with various activities, including but not limited to; legal support, project demand/intake review, change and incident management, portfolio reviews, etc.

Key Responsibilities Include:
This position requires a strong operational background and the ability to organize, lead and facilitate cross-entity and enterprise initiatives. The candidate for this role will:

  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes, requirements, and system needs
  • Closely partner with stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and participation for resource reviews, upcoming projects, and team needs
  • Effectively facilitate solution and requirements gathering sessions with individuals and large groups
  • Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows
  • Translate requirements and system needs into effective customer experiences
  • Effectively manage projects / initiatives from inception through implementation

Altogether, EIT manages worldwide technology for more than 8,700 stores and 12,500 ATMs larger than Starbucks and The Gap combined.

Who We Are:

LOCATION(S): Preferred locations are Minneapolis, MN and Charlotte, NC; will consider other US Wells Fargo locations

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of operations analysis experience or 5+ years of business process engineering experience
  • 3+ years of database experience
  • 3+ years of offshore application development process experience
  • 3+ years of project coordinator experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical leadership including large, visible, cross group projects across multiple technologies
  • 3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 1+ year of PAC2000 Change Management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: defining future state, gap analysis, and scope management

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in managing small projects, project coordinating and project planning
