Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

As a part of EIS, Information Security Metrics and Reporting team provides key metrics and data to executive leadership to make informed decisions. EIS is transforming our data environment to align to an Enterprise Data Blueprint. We are seeking a talented data leader to be a key part of this transformation.

• Create and deliver on Information Security Roadmap to onboard to the Enterprise Data Lake and Oracle Environments
• Coordinate delivery across all the Information Security Functional Domains, Lines of Business and Delivery Teams
• Create an agile and diverse global technology team to deliver on implementation of the roadmap
  • Data architecture, data profiling, and data modeling across Information Security organization
  • Adhere to Data Governance Policy and Standards
  • Reporting and analytics in the data lake or as curated views in Oracle
  • Implement self-service analytics on information security data in a big data environment

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, modeling, or a combination of both
• 6+ years of management experience; or 6+ years of leadership experience in an advanced quantitative analytics function
• 3+ years of Big Data experience

• Management experience in a technology environment
• Engineering and architecture experience with big data
• Information Security reporting and analysis experience
• 3+ years of Hadoop experience
• Knowledge and understanding of database design/modeling logical and physical
• Erwin experience
• Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne and Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
