- Must be an expert in large scale enterprise environments.
- Must be a client solutions specialist who can translate business and technical requirements at the strategic and tactical level. These requirements will be used to configure operating systems, security patches, device drivers, and applications to more than 200,000 customer workstations.
- Creates solutions to problems and or workflows to satisfy the customers' needs, increase the probability of system success, reduce risk and total-life-cycle cost.
