Permanent position: Electronics development engineer needed for a client located just outside of Fort Wayne Indiana. This individual will be heavily involved design and development of electronic systems. Salary will be based on experience.

Responsibilities for the Electronics Designer

  • Lead design responsibilities including the development and analysis of analog, digital and power circuits.
  • Capable of working both individually and as part of a diverse team of mechanical, software and systems engineering competencies in a cohesive effort to deliver new and innovative products.
  • Provide the expertise to support our PCB layout designers in the implementation of high speed complex designs
  • Apply knowledge of FMEA, tolerance stack up analysis, simulation, statistical methods and Design For Manufacturability techniques to improve robustness and quality of our electronic designs

Requirements for the Electronics Designer

  • BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering discipline is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with design of electronic circuits and components
  • Knowledge of schematic capture, PCB layout and experience with high speed design techniques.
