Enterprise Information Securitys (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargos infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Position Hours: Monday - Friday (as early as 7 am and as late as 6 pm Eastern time zone).

There is an exciting Operational Risk Consultant opportunity in Enterprise Information Security (EIS) within Corporate Risk. We are seeking an EIS Oversight Consultant to work with team with the Info Security Risk Management (ISRM) team on Business Continuity Planning (BCP) items and Records Management deliverables. This role will also be involved in various regulatory deliverables as needed. This candidate should have an understanding of business continuity processes, records management processes and information security (IS). This candidate must have excellent communication skills and an aptitude to proactively manage tasks and relationships.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with ISRM teams to ensure business unit plan is complete and up to date.
  • Work with ISRM technology teams to ensure technology plans are correct, complete and coordinate testing as needed.
  • Participate in regulatory exams specific to Information Security
  • Identify IS Program documentation needs/requirements and understand level of approvals
  • Work with Line of Businesses (LOBs) and customers requests for information via letters, Request for Proposal/Request for Information (RFP/RFI), or questionnaires.
  • Act as a liaison with LOBs and other EIS areas to ensure completion of requests.


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of information security experience
  • 1+ year of risk and regulatory compliance experience
  • 2+ years of business continuity planning experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Information Security Frameworks and standards (FFIEC, NIST, ISO) experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements I international banking
  • Knowledge and understanding of Living Disaster Recovery Planning System
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo LDRPS (Living Disaster Recovery Planning System)



Other Desired Qualifications

Must be extremely organized and handle multiple requests
