The Enterprise Contact Technology team delivers solutions that allow customers to perform self-service functions through Interactive Voice Response and Chat solutions or directly interact with customer service and sales agents to meet their financial needs.

We are seeking a Sr. Apps Systems Engineer role who will be responsible for overseeing End to End testing approach across all inter-connected contact center applications, and participating in automation design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. This role will influence test environment installation and and maintenance to match production and integrations. This role will champion the utilization of enabling technologies that will help drive continuous automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery to complement an agile release delivery model. Span of awareness and influence will be across all applications in the contact center area, including Carrier routing, Interactive Voice Response, Customer Interaction Routing and Soft phone integration (inbound/outbound), Interaction Recording and Analytics, passive and active fraud detection, Workforce Management, Operational Reporting and Data Marts, Collaborative services (Chat, Co-Browse), and Customer Relationship Management systems.

The ideal candidate will have will have strong leadership skills and experience, significant experience in development and testing methodologies, processes, tools. Technical knowledge across numerous technologies (e.g., Web/Mobile, Web Services, Cloud, Java / Selenium, .NET, Empirix, Nuance, Genesys, Salesforce, Cisco, CA DevTest, Jenkins, etc.) is critical, with emphasis on systems integration development and testing Strong need for Test Automation and/or software development experience is desired to drive the transformation of Development and QA teams toward test automation with continuous integration/continuous delivery to better enable agile project delivery. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of server infrastructure and application/data integration between Enterprise-scale systems. The selected candidate will work closely with the application development, line of business, other interfacing technology teams, performance testing, and regression automation teams to meet the business objectives and goals of the department. This positions responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading integration testing across large multi-platform projects. Defining/reviewing component and End to End integrated test strategy for platforms supported, ensuring comprehensive coverage for new implementations and regression testing, and automating testing where possible. Ensuring the delivery of quality application releases, providing appropriate risk analysis throughout the SDLC and/or sprint cycle to mitigate application risks and additional costs for area of responsibility. This position will be responsible overseeing work done by multiple QA project leads and/or test coordinators to ensure approach to project and non-project testing activities are delivered with consistency and awareness of all changes occurring across shared platforms at same time.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience2 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience3+ years of environment test coordination, code deployment, release management and communication experience
