Your Role and Responsibilities
  • As an IBM Delivery Project Executive (DPE), you will support IBMs consistent growth by bringing to the table your business development, sales, account management, and delivery skills.   • The IBM DPE is responsible for meeting contractual obligations & deliverables as defined in the client contracts for their area of operations. You will construct partnerships between the Project Office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction.
  • The DPE is the central focal point for IBM service delivery team in support of the client's operational environment and will lead the team according to the defined scope of services, statements of work, documents of understanding, and further agreements.
  • Responsible for the achievement of SLA objectives and compliance with Contract terms and conditions relating to Finance processes.
  • Complies with all aspects of Service Delivery Management process.
  • Responsible for the provision of ad-hoc education (workshops etc) on new or changed customer contracts and requirements, processes and procedures, and including education for customer personnel if necessary.
  • Responsible for the provision of SLA and performance reports as contracted.
  • Responsible for the identification and execution of opportunities to improve performance against the business plan relating to Service Delivery.
  • Responsible for the achievement of financial, time and customer satisfaction objectives for assigned Client and related projects.
  • Co-ordination (and escalate where required) of resolution of issues impacting on service delivery.
  • Understand the implications of any changes in technology and how these affect or can be applied to the client.
  • Perform regular meetings with the client regarding service delivery to ensure a strong and trusted relationship.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing/Transformation - working with teams on building SSDC
  • Demonstrated ability to work and influence at multiple levels within multidisciplinary and matrixed organizations.
  • Project Management methodologies.
