Our client is currently seeking a Dispute Analyst in the Card Services department for a 3-6 month contract opportunity with a possibility of going regular, full time located in Folsom, CA.


The qualified candidate should be able to perform the duties and possess the knowledge outlined below:



  • Analyze disputed card transactions by collecting information, exploring opportunities to identify recovery and mitigate losses, document and resolve claims.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by telephone, email and in person.
  • Answer phones and respond to the frontline staff and members seeking assistance on dispute cases.
  • Operational knowledge of Federal Regulation E and Z, Visa DPS dispute processing rules and guidelines.
  • Complete provisional credits and cardholder communications within required timeframes.
  • Work with the Dispute Analyst II to determine which cases could warrant arbitration.
  • Maintain a complete and accurate dispute log for all fraud, non-fraud and denied claims.
  • Spectrum and Visa DPS experience preferred, but not required.


Start Date: ASAP


Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30 PM-6:00 PM.
