Reporting to the Vice President of Personal Lending, this position has a full range of responsibilities for the strategic direction and execution of our Personal Loan product and partnerships.\u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMission and expected outcomes for this role:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EIdentify and execute on strategies that build capabilities and partnerships to extend into new product categories and distribution. This role serves as a key member of the DPL management team. \u003Cbr\u003E\u003Cbr\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E Product and Business Development \u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EConsumer insights and competitive analysis - Research and track competitor product and market trends. Drive insights from existing customer experience and the activities of our competitors that inform new strategic initiatives and course corrections on existing efforts.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EStrategic product development - Define new products and features, oversee delivery to market, and monitor product level profitability. Collaborate across the business to establish the short and long term product priorities.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBusiness development - Identify and develop partnerships and technologies to extend product and distribution capabilities, including point-of-sale. Identify how to expand the product with new partners and or verticals including but not limited to acquisitions and investments.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECross-functional lead - Sponsor and lead key initiatives that contribute to the organization growth plan. Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing, operations, and technology teams.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ETeam development - Develop team capabilities to meet evolving needs of the business.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThought leadership - Responsible for thought leadership initiatives for these business development efforts.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECommunication - Develop and present to senior leaders within the organization.
