Introduction
IBMs Digital Sales organization is looking for Digital Marketing Nurture Specialist in Sydney.

This newly created role is responsible for driving performance and looking after comprehensive marketing nurture activities (via email and phone) for IBMs Sales Development team; including local email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and tracking of responses. This role is specifically tasked to own all weak responses that are generated from local, AP and WW digital marketing campaigns. And, you will be touching all of IBMs solutions portfolio from Systems, Cloud & Cognitive software, Security and Cloud.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing nurture and keen to develop their skills in this growing digital sales team. The successful candidate must be a team player, have attention to detail, creativity and will work with a range of Sales, marketing and other stakeholders.

All necessary training will be provided to the successful candidate including SugarCRM, Cognitive Sales Advisor, ProspectReach and Linkedin Campaign Manager.

#anewIBM is now located on 259 George Street Sydney. Only 3-minute walk from Wynyard Train Station.


Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Liaise with each IBMs brand field marketing specialist and capture the latest sales assets which will be utilised for email campaigns
  • Responsible for handling all weak responses generated by AP/WW digital marketing campaigns
  • Set up and execute email campaigns for every Sales Development Representative using ProspectReach tool, analyse and report on the program results; using the insights gained, curate a list and provide propensity to buy (high, med, weak) analysis
  • Closely work with Sales Development Reps and help them to prioritize lead queues.
  • Proactively involved in outbound sales plays with Sales Development team and provide necessary assistance
  • Closely work with A/NZ performance and event marketing team
  • Identified/Validating opportunity management; tailored IBM event invitations to those who are not ready to buy yet




Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Self-motivated, high energy, positive and can-do attitude
  • Has desire to become either sales or marketing specialist in future.
  • Strong team player
  • Articulate and confident in both internal and external communication
  • Commitment to stay with current industry/sector trends



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • At least 1 years marketing nurture (email and phone) experience ideally in a sales driven environment
  • Hands on experience building and deploying nurture programs
  • Proficient in HTML
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and thrive working in a fast-paced environment
