Senior Digital Marketing Manager

You are:

  • An Email Marketing Expert
  • A Marketing Automation Certified Professional
  • Experienced with Digital Marketing - Google AdWords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about WordPress/Drupal and HTML

Responsibilities:

  • Define, create and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads via various digital channels
  • Work with Marketing Communications to develop and implement a content marketing and SEO strategy to drive customer prospect leads
  • Create, manage, and own monthly newsletters and weekly email campaigns
  • Monitor email performance, identify trends, and quickly exploit opportunities for improvement
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and conversion goals
  • Create and maintain reports to monitor key campaign metrics (e.g. CPC, CPL, CVR, CAC, LTV, Retention)
  • Manage HubSpot system and ensure leads from various sales & marketing sources are immediately captured in the system and tagged with appropriate qualifiers
  • Manage ZoomInfo system to oversee optimal usage and data flow in to HubSpot
  • Make extensive updates to website, which is built on Drupal
  • Participate in other ad-hoc marketing activities such as trade shows, advertising, competitive analysis, analyst relations, SEM, etc. as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of solid digital marketing experience (high-tech B2B environment or Agency preferred)
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree. Master's degree a plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with an extremely high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics, and ROI
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Experience with WordPress/Drupal and HTML
