Your Role and Responsibilities
IBMs Digital Business Group is looking for a Digital Development Representative to join its team in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The Digital Development Representative (DDR) is focused on driving awareness, initiating sales opportunities, and assisting to close business for IBMs
Systems Hardware and Software.
They are responsible for interacting with inbound leads from the digital marketplace, proactive outbound prospecting, and effectively manage all lead channels.

What will I be doing?
  • Identify and qualify prospects through live chat, events, campaigns, inbound marketing leads, cold calls, outbound hunting, etc
  • Engage a client-first approach - Every prospect touch to yield the highest Net Promotions Score.
  • Understand clients pain points, gather technical requirements and link them to business values
  • Engage and coordinate necessary resources (ie. Technical Sales, Field Sales, Product Management, Channel Partners etc) to progress and close deals
  • Track all lead management & sales activity through the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide account team with detailed call notes
  • Assist marketing and sales management develop use case materials
  • Engage with Product Management to provide feedback on customer reaction to products and offerings.
  • Generate interest/provide vision of the systems portfolio to prospects
  • Gather market information including competitor activity, and report to management/product line
  • Achieve quarterly sales lead qualification and win revenue target
  • Provide weekly progression to IBM Lead Development/Management Sales Manager

  • A minimum of 3 years in IT solutions sales or consulting sales or demand generation experience
  • Experience in Hardware (Server and Storage), Backup/Recovery or Storage SW sales
  • Experience in high volume lead management
  • Managed a territory with an assigned quota
