Your Role and Responsibilities
Digital Change Specialist - Fixed Term Hire 24 months - Melbourne


What Will I Be Doing As the Lead Consultant for Digital Change?
  • You will design, develop, deliver, analyze and manage high priority, high impact, organizational design and strategic change work in the client environment.
  • You will ensure quality execution through a hands-on approach to deliver organizational design, readiness, strategic change management, and improvements to effect new ways of working in our client base.
  • You will be responsible for improved group effectiveness, organization processes, structures and measures with the ultimate goal of achieving superior business results through organisational change implementation.
What Ability and Experience Will Be Required As The Lead Consultant for Digital Change?
  • The ability to develop independently new structures (both macro and micro change structures for the organization) and complex change strategies and plans.
  • It is essential to work successfully with resources from all functional areas of the client, to achieve impactful results in support of the business and/or functions goals and objectives.
  • Experience in assisting organisations adapt their ways of working to take advantage of Artificial Intelligence, automation and agile is preferred as is experience in setting up digital workers for success.
  • Should be able to drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.
  • This includes experience in planning, designing and executing change as the means of ensuring faster adoption and utilization.
  • IBM is looking for someone who is capable of building and executing change management strategy and plans in the context of large-scale organizational change efforts.
