Description:


Current team is implementing 8+ learning solution platforms to create a learning ecosystem of various components including video platform, learning content management system, assessment engine, learning content search engine, learning records data analysis engine, and existing learning management platform.


Provide primary customer support and administration for software solutions in our learning ecosystem and support software integration team as needed.


Typical Day:



  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Provide support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Provide new user training and orientation to software systems.
  • Support existing team in projects integrating multiple platform solutions creating an ecosystem of learning solutions.


Education Requirement:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
  • 0-2 years experience required.


Critical Technical Skills:


Required Qualifications:



  • Must have Scorm
  • Knowledge of Tin Can, xAPI (must have experience in at least one program), and other protocols. (Learning management systems)
  • Knowledge of/or experience in software administration and product support


Desired Qualifications:



  • IT experience related to software infrastructure components and/or operating environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following software solutions:


    1. Logic Bay LMS


    2. Open Sesame


    3. Inkling


    4. Questionmark



Soft Skills Required:



  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time as well as being a collaborative team member.
