Job Description:

Will be providing desktop support to decommission office. Will be boxing up equipment for shipping back to corp office. (90% for the work will be IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)

Required Skills:

AS/BA/BS degree preferred. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. The following certifications are preferred.: A+, MCSE, CCNA, or MCDST, HDI or Dell Certification .. Must have 2+ years of experience in a Desktop support role. Must be experienced supporting software and operating system issues with a strong knowledge of the Window XP OS with experience with the MS Office suite. (Priority with XP - Word, Excel, and Power Point) Looking for experience with both PC''s, MAC''s and laptops with an Active Directory environment. Looking for 1+years of previous experience in a call center support role. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask. Must have a solid troubleshooting background. Must be able to pick up on new things. Must have excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail. Experience with Remedy and MS Project would prove to be beneficial.

Work hours M-F (8-5)....
