Technical Support

  • Respond to client support tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing and tracking work-requests against target SLA's
  • Deskside Support covering all hardware, software and operating system issues
  • IMACDs - Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install of hardware and software
  • Refresh Equipment (managed or large scale deployment)
  • Hardware Break Fix Services for End User Devices
  • Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, iPhones, Printers, others
  • Direct the resolution for in warranty, out of warranty, enhanced service levels, Dell and other manufacturers
  • Act as a technical consultant for clients on software issues, general support and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Management, Development, and other technical teams on the implementation of new features and design decisions, relaying data-driven feedback to all teams, resolution of advance issues
  • Support of Top Team
  • Asset management support
