Desktop/Tech Support: II

Company is looking for a Desktop Specialist to provide support to internal end users.

Company is currently using SCCM 2012 (software deployments) and currently imaging with MDT, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. They are transitioning to OSD within SCCM but if they have any experience imaging machines is a bonus instead of having another team hand them pre-loaded pc's. Imagex is used for backups.

Required Skills

5 years of experience with:

1) General Windows troubleshooting skills (PC/Desktop troubleshooting, peripherals, break fix/pc refresh experience)

2) Customer Service (providing end user support remotely or at the end user location)

3) Proven ability to multi task (handle, respond, follow up to multiple tickets)

3 years of experience with:

1) Experience imaging PC/laptops

Nice to have Skills

1) Experience providing iPhone or iPad support.

2) Powershell scripting experience - the team is getting more involved with powershell but it isnt a huge 'must have' if they have experience with it that they could bring in to help us or to utilize for their own tasks that is a great plus.
