Randstad Technologies is in search of a seasoned Desktop Support Analyst for our client in the Lewisville, TX area.

The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Tier 2 skills, with great personal skills. Ready to begin Tier 2 or new to it and good with being in this role for 1-2 years going forward.
  • Eager to learn, energetic team player.
  • Must collaborate daily with a California Tier 2 Staff.
  • Handles Tier 2 escalations through to resolution, either by self or by working with Tier 2 peers and peer IT department teams.
  • Comfortable with walk up Executive/C-Level end user support as needed. Local Meeting support as needed.
  • Video conferencing knowledge - nice to have but not required. Polycom
  • Polycom IP phones - Genesys phone system (Interactive Intelligence)
  • Citrix experience preferred but not required. (Understanding of Virtualized workstations)
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and in writing.
  • Self-starter looks for proactive solutions.
  • As needed - open to weekend or after hours support.
